If STA members have direct employees or use bona fide sub-contractors who are contracted to work for them or legally responsible for them – it is a legal requirement to have valid Employers Liability Insurance.
It is a mandatory requirement for STA members to have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. If your company has this, please tick the box below and continue your application. Sole traders working from Home only are not expected to have Public Liability if they do not visit third party sites / Workshops etc but still require Professional Indemnity Insurance.
