At Holbrook Design, we work alongside some of the industry’s leading timber frame manufactures and suppliers. We have vast experience in design, from a modest single dwelling bungalow to large multi storey apartments and hotels. Some of these projects have also been designed to disproportionate collapse requirements.

We have the facility and experience to design and engineer solid joists, engineered I-Joists along with Metal-Webbed joists in both loose and cassette form. We have the ability to design trussed rafter roofs and provide a full design package from soleplate to ridge that includes cutting lists, steel fabrication drawings and loose ancillary items.
