JML Contracts Ltd
JML Contracts is an established family-run construction business based in Perthshire, Central Scotland. We specialise in building with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), a new type of highly insulated and energy-efficient housing. We have our own in-house SIPs architect, engineers, installation team and factory, allowing us full quality control over the whole SIPs process.
We can build anything from a bespoke house or extension to a luxury garden room (www.jmlgardenrooms.co.uk). Our Passive House certified architect can offer a full architectural and warrant package along with thermal modelling for any design. We also have a range of standard house designs which allow you to take advantage of our SIPs design expertise, and can easily achieve Passive House certification if desired.
