Employers Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
  1. If STA members have direct employees or use bona fide sub-contractors who are contracted to work for them or legally responsible for them – it is a legal requirement to have valid Employers Liability Insurance.

    It is a mandatory requirement for STA members to have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. If your company has this, please tick the box below and continue your application. If your company does not have this, please contact A J Gallagher via their member profile who will be able to advise on preferential rates for provisional members.
