The Overlook by Toll Brothers, residential development of single-family homes in California

Project Name: The Overlook by Toll Brothers, residential development of single-family homes in California

Company: Entekra

Sector: Residential

Technology: Engineered Wood Products

Overview

The Overlook is a new community of luxury single-family homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, currently being developed by Toll Brothers, the eighth largest home builder in the United States, and manufactured off-site by Entekra.

The community is comprised of 71 three- and four-story homes featuring award-winning contemporary designs. Four different floor plans are offered with 2,853 to 3,028 of living space, four to five bedrooms and up to five bathrooms.

The residences offer open kitchen layouts, master suites with large walk-in closets and master bathrooms with dual sink vanities. All homes also feature expansive rooftop terraces, outdoor patios, and two-car garages as well as sufficient space to park two additional cars – a highly desirable amenity in California.

Due to The Outlook's sought-after location and the fact that many homes offer coveted views of the San Francisco Bay, the prices for these residences begin at $1,597,995. A majority of the homes were sold prior to the commencement of construction, which allowed buyers to customize their homes to their specific needs.
