New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering (NMITE)

The NMITE range of Timber Technology Short Courses have been developed to upskill and support workforce needs to meet the engineering demands of the 21st century. Short courses have been designed in response to the current skills crisis in the construction sector which requires an additional 350,000 workers over the next decade to deliver the volume of work needed to reach net zero by 2050.

Didac Limited

Didac Limited offer a range of short courses which can be delivered nationally, including the use of wood machines, portable power tools, abrasive wheels and CNC and CAD CAM.

BE-ST (Built Environment – Smarter Transformation)

Formerly Construction Scotland Innovation Centre, BE-ST provides connections, infrastructure and the culture needed to solve the sector’s most pressing challenges. It brings together world-class academia, government bodies and industry at all levels to future-proof the commercial and environmental road forward for the sector.
