As we are now running only one conference per year, it’s important for you to attend to keep up to date with the STA’s plans and strategies for 2024 as well as the up and coming regulation and legislation changes.
The agenda will concentrate on the Government’s Timber in Construction (TiC) Roadmap due to be published in November, focussing on the external reasons and internal measures on the key topic areas that affect our industry. In each case an invited ‘external’ speaker will outline the case for what our clients/customers need and why, and our internal speakers will outline what the STA is doing to meet those needs and how our members could/should engage with the Roadmap. We are hoping also to secure the attendance of Minister Trudy Harrison, Chair of the Government’s Timber in Construction Roadmap Working Group.
