We have held Investors In People Silver accreditation since 2010, we are an equal opportunities employer and 40% of our staff are female. We are a family friendly practice encouraging a good work/life balance. The success of this can be measured in staff retention – we have very low staff turnover and many of our staff have been with the practice for over ten years. As well as repeat clients we have repeat staff, who have left the business, only to return to the fold later in their career.
We celebrated our tenth birthday as a practice by designing and developing our own offices in Camden. The design embodies our approach to lean workplace design and the open space allows transparency and creativity, sharing knowledge and experience across all projects.
