Project Brief:

Having completed many projects with Witcher Crawford Architects, Bentley SIPs provided the energy efficient Kingspan TEK structure needed to provide the performance the client required whilst maintaining a traditional, arts and crafts design.

As well as the complete main house, including rooms in the roof space and a range of roof shapes, Bentley’s also constructed the garage/gym and the pool house at this impressive rural home.

Project Type/Application:

A new-build private home with outbuildings including gym, garage and changing/pool house.

Outcome/Result/Success Factors:

By getting involved in the design early, the Bentley team were able to optimise the SIP structure; creating a characterful new home that made the most of the space.
